1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CELIA mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this document.
2. Description of Services
CELIA is an integrated ecosystem providing multi-service platforms including but not limited to:
- Marketplace: Peer-to-peer buying, selling, and item bargaining.
- Service Space: Discovery and matching with independent local service experts.
- Peer-to-Peer Logistics: A collaborative framework allowing individual travelers to carry parcels.
- Entertainment (Celia+): Media sharing, short video generation, and organic professional distribution.
3. User Accounts & Security
To use most features of CELIA, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials. CELIA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with account security obligations.
4. Marketplace & Transactions
CELIA acts as an intermediary platform enabling transactions between users. While we provide secure payment integrations (Celia Pay), we do not directly own, sell, resell, or control the products offered in the marketplace.
Users are responsible for ensuring descriptions match actual product states, handling local taxes, and complying with consumer regulations.
5. Peer-to-Peer Logistics Transit
When participating in collaborative parcel transit, travelers and parcel owners enter into an independent agreement. Travelers must inspect packages to ensure compliance with international aviation regulations, transport laws, and custom requirements.
CELIA explicitly prohibits the listing, transferring, or logistics handling of hazardous materials, illegal substances, and counterfeits.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Violating any local, regional, national, or international laws.
- Using automated tools or scrapers to extract data from the service without permission.
- Uploading viruses, malware, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual properties.
- Harassing, scamming, or misrepresenting intent to other participants in the platform.
7. Termination of Service
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to CELIA immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the ecosystem will cease immediately.
